1. Booking Deposit

A 30% deposit of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final balance.

All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date one time only, provided the request is made within the required notice period.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 30% deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

4. No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will automatically forfeit their 30% deposit.

5. Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on availability.

The deposit may be forfeited if the service cannot be performed due to late arrival.

6. Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment and paying the required 30% deposit, clients acknowledge and agree to All Occasion Beauty’s booking and cancellation policies.
