1.⁠ ⁠Booking Deposit

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

All deposits are non-refundable.

2.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date one time only, provided the request is made within the required notice period.

3.⁠ ⁠Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

4.⁠ ⁠No-Shows

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will automatically forfeit their deposit.

5.⁠ ⁠Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this time, the appointment may be canceled or adjusted based on availability. The deposit may be forfeited if the service cannot be performed.

6.⁠ ⁠Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment and paying the deposit, clients acknowledge and agree to All Occasion Beauty’s booking and cancellation policies.
